Pillars of the NFL: Keith Molesworth

In our Pillars of the NFL: Coaches Who Have Won Three or More Championships we cover the ten greatest NFL coaches of all-time.  Close to home, is George Halas, the father of the NFL and the Bears.  In Pillars, we also include a little on the coaches players and we'd  thought we'd reproduce some of that for our posts.

One of the fastest men in the NFL, Keith Molesworth was an elusive back and quarterback for the Bears during the 1930s.  “Moley” was a superb athlete who moved from halfback to the Bears’ T-Formation quarterback.  He was also a superb kick and punt returner. An outstanding all-around athlete, Molesworth played minor league baseball.
