Zach Miller Gives More Promise to Bears Offense

Zach Miller was one of the Bears who stood out in the Bears 34-28 preseason win over the Eagles last night.  Miller came into the league drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars.  He played quarterback at University of Nebraska-Omaha and transitioned to the tight end position.  Miller caught two touchdown passes last night and six overall on the night for 68 yards.  His first TD was back shoulder pass that Jay Cutler threw perfectly which Miller caught while those in coverage fell helplessly around him.  Jordan Palmer tossed a second touchdown pass to Miller who leept into the air over the defender for the catch.  Palmer and  Miller played together in Jacksonville and Palmer is a fan.

Mill was injured a few seasons ago and his career has come very close to ending--this season he is healthy.  He looked like a Pro Bowl tight end last night.
